Fuck No Cussing! (Potty Mouth Rant!)

I guess Los Angeles is proclaiming a "no cussing week" which is total fucking bullshit. Cussing is the god damn dumbest shit on earth. Some dumb bitches in history decide that a few words like ass, shit, or piss are bad and suddenly they just are for no good reason. So I wonder, L.A. has a huge Asian population. Is "no cussing" only in English or in any language. Because as scary as cuss words are, they don't mean shit to somebody who doesn't speak the language. And what about the fact that what is considered a cuss word today won't be tomorrow and what was considered a naughty word yesterday isn't today?

Cussing is nothing. It's the height of total bullshit. It pisses me the fuck off when adults are so afraid of swear words. Don't they understand that words are just sounds coming out of somebodies cock sucking mouth? What might be a cuss word in one language might be the word for love or pussy or popsicle in another. Why the fuck does it matter!!!

I swear, parents made up cussing to make their kids feel like even the sounds coming out of their mouth could sinful. Tell me, what is worse? A child making noises with his lips, tongue, and teeth in the form of the word fuck, or a parent placing poisonous chemicals in the form of a soap bar in their child's mouth for doing so?

I guess the teenage cunt-licker responcible for "no cussing week" wants to spread awareness around the world. You know, in some languages there are no swear words and in other there are several. How about, instead of spreading awareness of cussing, which has nothing to do with fucking morality, how about spreading awareness about shit that really does matters like breast cancer, diabetes, childhood obesity, heart disease, illiteracy, homelessness, education, starvation, health care, poverty, or... I dunno, ANYTHING!

There is so much shit in the world and you're telling me that this little douchebag had nothing better to do with his life than to start clubs because scary nonsenscial words coming out of other teenagers mouths made him so made that he decided to take on the pussiest job of all, MOUTH MONITOR.

So what's the argument against cussing. Cussing is bad. Why? Because it's naughty. Why? Because those words are bad. Why? Because they're cuss words. Why?

IT MAKES NO FUCKING SENSE!

Jesus fucking Christ!!! Can we please focus on the real problems in the world and not the made up bullshit like CUSSING!

Cussing is in the eye of the beholder. For instance: some would argue that the "Jesus Christ" in "Jesus fucking Christ" is just as much of a cussword as the "fucking". Perhaps it is the intent of the word, the desire to use it as an exclamation of frustration, that makes it qualify. In which case any set of vocalizations that you make when you happen to be enraged would fit the bill, from the mighty "arrrgghh!", to the lowly "ahhhhh!" Or, perhaps we only consider it a swearword if it has a suggestion of vulgar content, in addition to bein used when frustrated. And that's where it gets ridiculous, because any goddamn word could be deemed to be vulgar by any ridiculous asshole who deemed themselves worthy to dictate such things. Once you get to that point, it's bullshit plain and simple. Culturally sanctioned bullshit, with a long tradition behind it, but bullshit nonetheless.

It will when you have kids. Then you will be the adult.

The Maze Monster said...

If I had kids I would teach them that those words are meaningless and they are free to say them at home all they want and to not feel ashamed.

They would of course have to know that other people will judge you wrongly for using these words, so they are not to be used outside the house in the general public out of respect for other people. But saying them at home would be fine.

I would teach them that some words are not acceptable at home or anywhere in my opinion, like hateful slurs such as faggot, nigger, or chink. I would explain to them that these words are inspired by hate for other people. These words are unacceptable for a reason. There is no reason why FUCK is unacceptable.

I have kids and I still use this language.
What the Fuck ?

The Maze Monster said...

Yeah... I am 23. I am young yes, but I'm still an adult and whether or I ever had kids won't change my views on the word fuck.

Man, I feel real sorry for you and I will most certainly pray for you. I hope that my prayers are answered, and fast. This world needs more people of God, not God haters.
Blessings

I don't hate God. I usually don't hate figments of imagination.

Bobby,
Can you pray that my hatred of the Tooth Fairy relents just a little?

Maze,
How do you think that you were created? Do you think that you are some random mutation from a by product called evolution? That would make life meaningless, wouldn't it?

The Maze Monster said...

Do you really need to find meaning in life through God? Can't you find meaning in life through your kids or your endeavors?

Why must life have to have a greater meaning. I think that life does have meaning but for each person that meaning is different. An imaginary friend is not a good way to spend your life. It'll cause you to abuse your children (mentally) and alienate yourself from other other people.

FUCK raising awareness for stupid SHIT like words that mean nothing...

"Do you think that you are some random mutation from a by product called evolution? That would make life meaningless, wouldn't it?"

I don't understand why people need a god to bring meaning to life... that's FUCKING ridiculous! I will quote from a Nightwish song, called Planet Hell...

"Denying the lying
A million children fighting
For lives in strife
For hope beyond the horizon"

The song is about how humanity has turned the earth into their hell by imagining that something better lies beyond death. We should make the world our paradise, and not waste our lives in a living hell hoping for heaven later...

Maze,
You didn't answer my question. How do you think that you were created?

I do find meaning in my life through my 4 children. But God gave me this life and my life is more meaningful with the relationship that I have with Him and knowing were I'm going when it's all over.

I guess we can agree to disagree, but the fact remains that if I'm wrong, no big deal, if you are wrong that means eternal hell.

Well first of all, I do place my belief in proven scientific fact. As science grows and changes, my beliefs will change as well. They are not cemented in stone. I evaluate evidence and my beliefs come accordingly.

The question you are trying to ask is if there is a whole one purpose for all life and my answer is no, I don't belief there is. More over, I really don't belief that God would need to make humanity for some purpose. Isn't he supposed to be perfect and all powerful and eternal? I do believe in personal meaning to life. But not a meaning for life's pure existence. It's the same as asking what is the purpose of a rock or a grain of sand.

The problem with Christian doctrine is that it's circular. It proves and disproves itself with it's own logic. Furthermore most of what is considered important in Christianity is not even in the Bible, is obviously plagiarized, or is simply impossible.

As a man of science, I really find it hard to believe that God would create the universe with absolute constants and laws of nature, yet would break those laws for no good reason.

I'm not saying that there is 100% no god or anything like that. What I'm saying is that the god hypothesis doesn't make any sense and has no evidence to support it. To me, if there is a god who is all knowing and all powering, then he didn't make any mistakes when he created the universe and certainly wouldn't be concerned with such earthly trivia as marriage, sexuality, swearing, or whether or not people believe in him. If God really wants us to be perfect believers, why didn't he just make us that way. And please don't make yourself look stupid by citing "free will" because a universe with free will cannot exist with an all powerful god.

The biggest problem with Christianity is that you all try and make god into a father-like human character, yet you want him to be perfect and all powerful and all knowing. He can't be both. Christianity is dying and will eventually be a thing of the past, just like so many other faiths.

What the Fuck ?(Mac)

Thanks for the info. When you take me out for a pint I will remember to leave my kids at home lol.

Words do have meaning and power. You know this or else you wouldnt try to tell your lovers that you love them. Instead you would tell them to go fuck themselves.

The Maze Monster said...

1) I wouldn't take my kids to a pub because of the sexuality and drinking, no the language.

2) Words do have meaning. Fuck does mean something. Shit does mean something. But their meanings do not govern whether or not they are so HORRIBLE that they should be totally avoided. For instance, many channels won't say the world BULLSHIT. BULLSHIT means "feces of a bull." Feces of a bull and BULLSHIT mean the same thing, but one of them is a "cuss word" and for no good reason.

Tit for Tat said...

Context is everything, and it is important for things to be age appropriate. So with that said, I censor my kids. If you have your own, be my guest and swear away. Just dont be surprised if they then go tell you to fuck yourself. Also I have found in my few short years, people who swear all the time are too lazy to broaden their vocabulary. Dont worry you still have time. ;)

The Maze Monster said...

I have a broad vocabulary. But I don't believe in being afraid of certain words because people deem them to be inappropriate. People who use the words "stuff" or "things" or "like" usually don't have great vocabularies either, but that doesn't mean that stuff, things, or like are swear words.

Teaching children to be afraid of words like fuck is the same as teaching them to be afraid of demons. There is no reason to be afraid of either.

Tit for Tat said...

“Fairy Tales are more than true; not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten.”

There are all kinds of Demons out there. Sometimes its your neighbour who says fuck alot. lol.

The Maze Monster said...

If we can't agree about the nature of swearing, can we at least agree that there are far more important things for people to concerned about like breast cancer, diabetes, childhood obesity, heart disease, illiteracy, homelessness, education, starvation, health care, or poverty.

To me, even if you count swearing as a horrible thing, it's way down on the totem pole of importance.

Tit for Tat said...

I most definately agree.

So can you afford to buy me a pint on your KFC salary. I promise to say fuck man thats good. :)

The Maze Monster said...

Oh I suppose. :-p Although down here in the states they don't come in pints, they come in barrels.

My Grandmother asked me Yesterday, "Wwhy, mac, do you use the "F" word every other word?"

I told her, " Cuz, Gamma, if I used it any more often people would think I was FUCKING crude !"

Thats not what you wrote on my blog...

"What I'm saying is that the god hypothesis doesn't make any sense and has no evidence to support it."

Negative, The Bible and the accounts within are Historical, Scientific, and Archaeological. Real people in Real places in Real history...

"If God really wants us to be perfect believers, why didn't he just make us that way."

God making robots and forcing them to love Him, isn't true love is it?...

"Christianity is dying and will eventually be a thing of the past, just like so many other faiths."

That is what Gamaliel thought in Acts 5:34-39:
"I say to you, stay away from these men and let them alone, for if this plan or action is of men, it will be overthrown; but if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them; or else you may even be found fighting against God".

That was 2000 years ago...
